Traveling for leisure, my stay at Mountain Inn & Suites was delightful. the smooth check-in process by the friendly front desk staff made me feel welcome. the clean, comfortable, and quiet room provided a perfect atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. the hot shower was a highlight, and the fluffy towels added a touch of luxury. the breakfast offerings of coffee, eggs, sausages, and more were a nice start to the day.

Liked central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge in the room. The location was exceptionally nice - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Good services were available. The staff turned out to be friendly attentive and brilliantly friendly.

Breakfast was awesome and fresh. The staff here is very accommodating and cheerful.

Knowing this an older hotel, possibly changing the carpeting may eliminate the musky smell.

The room was spotless, had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea making amenities, with a breathtaking view of the nearby mountains.

Location, beds were comfortable.

There were ants in the room. We were on the 3rd floor. We did not have light in the bathroom for 12 hours. Really dark in the bathroom. We were there early. 12:00 pm. We traveled from Michigan all night quite tired. Clerk said rooms were not clean and check in was 3:00. We understood and left but we have had the same situation with other hotels and they did their very best to accommodate us by finding a room earlier. The hotel appeared fairly empty.

Impeccably clean and outstanding room - bed was comfy. The personnel was very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was really close to Johnson City, Asheville, and Erwin, TN.

Price gouging, along with all of the other hotels in the vicinity of the Battle of Bristol football game. Charged $230 per night for an $84 per night room. All of the hotels in the area did this.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The breakfast included toast, cereals, muffins, cookies, and yogurt. The pool was clean. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property.

The rooms with a jacuzzi at the Mountain Inn are unbeatable. The location is excellent, right next to the park. Erwin is a beautiful town surrounded by gorgeous mountains and the river USA Raft. I hope this helps! Let me know if you need further assistance.

The breakfast included scrambled eggs and yogurt, and the hotel has a great location near the factory with beautiful mountain views.

The place is fairly clean and perfect. The views of the mountains are incredibly beautiful. The setting is stunning and excellent. It's very close to Erwin, a beautiful town surrounded by gorgeous mountains. The location by Nolichucky River is very nice.

The room was super clean and the staff was really friendly. They've got all the must-haves like heat, a variety of TV channels, and even a mini-fridge. The bed was cozy, and the location nestled in the mountains was just perfect for a chill stay. 🏔️

The room comes with a nice jacuzzi tub for relaxing. Plus, there's coffee/tea makers and a fridge available. The food served here is delicious and the location is absolutely stunning! 🌄
